Women of Will (WOW) Organisation has announced the launch of its #WOWCares palliative and community impact campaign in Surulere, Lagos. The initiative aims to provide essential supplies and support to grassroots women and children in need.

The campaign, supported by Honourable Sulaiman Yusuf, Chairman of Surulere Local Government, will deliver much-needed palliatives, supplies, and souvenirs to local families. Scheduled for December 12, 2024, the event will take place at the Surulere Local Government headquarters, bringing relief to the community.
Speaking about the campaign, WOW’s Team Lead, Deborah Jayeoba, emphasized the organization’s mission to empower women and children. “The #WOWCares initiative is about more than just providing relief. It’s about building a foundation of hope and demonstrating the importance of solidarity within our communities,” she said.

“We are beyond excited to join hands with the Honourable Chairman and the community of Surulere in this impactful campaign. Together, we are stronger. WOW is committed to continuing this work and spreading love, kindness, and compassion in various communities across Africa”.

Honourable Yusuf expressed his consistent readiness to improve the lives of Surulere residents, stressing the importance of collaborative efforts. “Supporting women and children is crucial for sustainable community development. Initiatives like #WOWCares show how partnerships can make a lasting impact,” he said.
